Paul has amassed over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry with one of the most extensive and prestigious project delivery portfolios in Victoria. As a carpenter by trade he understands the fundamentals of construction and uses his hands-on knowledge and experience to assist builders in practical formwork and structural design from concept to completion. Integrity and honesty are his underlying principles which have been proven by the strong and long-standing relationships he enjoys with clients and colleagues.

With a long career spanning estimating, contract management, and project and construction management, Tom has successfully delivered over $2b worth of concrete structure packages across Victoria with a range of Tier-1 builders and subcontractors. His project experience includes numerous office towers, residential towers, hospitals, car parks, shopping centres, tank works, and tunnels. As PCF’s most experienced Construction Manager he is responsible for optimising works programs, planning onsite logistics and resourcing, letting specialist subcontractor packages, and selecting the best core formwork and screens systems for projects. He effectively coordinates labour, resources, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects ahead of program and to the highest standard.

With over 13 years of onsite construction experience, Joel started out as a carpenter then moved into onsite co-ordination of a range of smaller projects before progressing onto the delivery of larger scale projects in various sectors across the State. Working alongside the PCF estimating team, Joel demonstrates his passion and enthusiasm for quality project delivery overseeing planning and logistics for major structure and formwork solutions.

Brani brings over 25 years of construction experience to his role. Having worked as an estimator, project manager, contracts manager, and construction manager, Brani has handled projects ranging from $1 million to $100 million, including residential, office buildings, hospitals, carparks, and shopping centres. Notable projects include the Royal Children’s Hospital, Eastland Shopping Centre, and Doncaster Shopping Centre. Brani excels at closing deals that benefit both clients and his company, witnessing projects evolve from drawings to physical structures, and mentoring the next generation. A career highlight was securing the Eastland Shopping Centre project in a previous role.

With over 8 years of experience in the building and construction industry, Natalie has proven her skills through a range of roles including administration, site labouring, traffic control, site administration and Operations management. These experiences have given her an all-encompassing understanding of construction project delivery. Natalie has a passion for construction and is always striving to adapt and progress in her career while ensuring a fluid and safe building process for on-site teams underpinned by her recent acquisition of Certificates 3 & 4 in WHS Management, as well as a Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).

Frank brings over 35 years of construction industry experience and has successfully managed site logistics on a range of commercial, residential, civil, hospital, stadium, shopping centre and car park projects plus many more. As PCF’s head foreman, Frank effectively collaborates with the greater project team ensuring all day-to-day issues and client and subcontractor requirements are dealt with promptly and properly. He is skilled at delivering complex and high-quality structures with speed and without any compromise on safety. With a proven ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of personnel on a building project, Frank is one of our most experienced and respected team members bringing an invaluable level of competency to site management and coordination.

Sam has been working commercial construction for over 15 years and in trades for 27 years. From a leading hand on residential towers in Melbourne’s CBD, a Foreman on commercial office projects, and Site Foreman on the most detailed of University buildings, Sam’s experience is vast.

Now a Project Manager at PCF, Sam brings to the team a wealth of knowledge from working on some of Victoria’s biggest Tier-1 hospital, commercial and residential projects. Sam is dedicated to delivering projects to the highest level of detail, backed by a commitment to safety and quality and takes satisfaction from mentoring younger members of the team and seeing them develop into industry leaders.
