CASE STUDY
COBURG ASSEMBLE
Coburg Assemble is a twin-tower build-to-rent development for Kapitol Group, splitting above Level 3 into separate 16 and 15 storey buildings. Floor plates run around 1,300m² each, with the full structure completed start to finish in ten months.
PCF built the structure using two hydraulic jumpforms, with a full scaffold edge wrap providing fall protection in place of perimeter screens. Wrapping the perimeter in scaffold suited the building’s split form and kept crews protected through every pour cycle.
