CASE STUDY
GORDON STREET
Gordon Street in Elsternwick was an unusual brief for BRADY Constructions: a single 12,000m² basement and ground floor that branches into six separate buildings above, across a 6,000m² floor plate.
The development took more than 46,000m² of concrete placement, with one building carrying some of the most complex curved spandrel panels PCF has produced. PCF committed to a seven-month program with BRADY and delivered the structure on time.
