CASE STUDY
LINDRUM
Lindrum is a heritage-integrated commercial tower for Kapitol Group, built into and above the former Lindrum building on Flinders Street. A three-sided jumpform carried the structure to Level 6, working through demanding podium slabs tied into the existing heritage fabric below.
Above the podium, the building steps down to a compact 440m² floor plate from Level 7 through to Level 28. PCF used its Peri Grid-Flex system to achieve a Class 2 finish to the soffit across the cold shell handovers, with more than 5,500m³ of concrete and 110 precast panels built into the structure.
