Macaulay Road

Macaulay Road is a build-to-rent development delivered for Kapitol Group, rising eight levels above a substantial ground floor footprint. Each floor plate spans 6,000 to 7,000m², sitting over a 6,500m² hydrostatic basement where water management was central to the structural approach.

PCF is managing the full concrete structure, from the basement slab through to the upper levels, with more than 2,500 precast panels built into the works. Running large-format floor cycles at this scale calls for tight coordination between pour sequencing, crane access and precast installation, all planned and run in-house.
